Product Analytics Manager

What you will be doing:
• Lead a team of product analysts to drive product strategy for dubizzle in line with our business objectives
• Lead, coach and mentor a team focused on developing and enhancing analytics and insights
• Closely collaborate and act as strategic partner to the product, technology, marketing, BI and executive teams to translate key business questions into actionable recommendations for our product
• Drive key analytics projects including forecasting, A/B testing and funnel optimization
• Understand key behaviours that drive consumer acquisition, retention and engagement to enable decision making about product strategy and features, marketing tools and campaigns
• Use existing tools, and suggest and evaluate new tools, to lead creation of most effective insights platform and environment
• Ensure a high quality of analytical approaches and strategy frameworks
• Ensure knowledge sharing on best practices across Product Analytics and Business Strategy

Who we re looking for:
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in strategy/Product analytics, having closely worked with product in an internet/e-commerce company
• Having managed a team in the past 1 year
• Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media
• Bachelor s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field. Master is a plus
• Proactive and passionate: You are independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems and delivering high quality results in challenging situations
• Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations
• Proven results tying analytics to impact business results - viewed as a critical business partner, integral to strategic and tactical product, marketing and sales decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication English skills and ability to deliver executive-level insights and guidance
• Ability to influence, drive change and set the example in an environment with multiple stakeholders
