Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
� Product Development Manager
Are you passionate about building products from an idea to market launch? Do rubber / polymer-based products excite you? Then this one’s for you � � Industry: Manufacturing
� Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
� What You’ll Do
✨ Lead end-to-end product development – from concept to production
� Create business case studies aligned with market needs
� Select materials & additives to enhance performance & durability
� Build prototypes and conduct rigorous testing & validation
� Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement & Manufacturing
� Manage product certifications, fire classifications & compliance
� Maintain complete technical documentation
� What We’re Looking For
� Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Polymer / Materials Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
� 5+ years of experience in manufacturing product development
� Mandatory: Experience in rubber or polymer-based products
� Hands-on exposure to new product & process development
Desired Candidate Profile
� Must-Have Skills
�️ CAD tools – SolidWorks / AutoCAD
� Knowledge of testing standards & fire classifications
� Strong in Excel, PPT & business case preparation
⏱️ Ability to juggle multiple projects & tight deadlines
� Nice to Have
� Experience across the complete product lifecycle
� Familiarity with manufacturing regulations
� Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset
