Roles & Responsibilities
We are recruiting an experienced AI Product Manager to build core AI products for our trading platform. This role focuses on large model application and LLM generative recommendation system development, combining AI technology with financial trading scenarios to drive business growth and user transaction conversion. Benchmarking mature financial AI products from Tonghuashun, East Money and Ant Fortune, you will lead full-cycle AI product planning, design and iteration.
Responsibilities:
- Own the planning and delivery of AI-driven products, focused on intelligent trading experiences, including LLM-based recommendations, AI-assisted decision-making, trading signals, and personalized investment insights
- Understand user needs and pain points in trading products, and combine LLMs, recommendation systems, and NLP to design and launch high-impact AI features.
- Build LLM-powered generative recommendation systems, upgrading rule-based recommendations into personalized, dynamic experiences.
- Stay up to date on AIGC, LLMs, generative recommendation, and multimodal agents.
- Define and maintain the AI product roadmap, set clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals, and drive continuous iteration from 0 1 and 1 N, with ownership of product outcomes and business impact.
- Work closely with algorithm, backend, frontend, and data teams to productize AI capabilities across the full lifecycle, including prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and A/B testing.
- Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to build evaluation frameworks for AI products, covering metrics such as accuracy, adoption, conversion, and user satisfaction, and continuously optimize product performance.
- Partner with operations, marketing, and compliance teams to support launch, user education, and ongoing operations, ensuring efficient execution within compliance requirements.
- Manage end-to-end AI product development in an agile environment, including experiment design, phased rollout, attribution, and rapid iteration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in AI or LLM-related products; background in finance, securities, trading, or wealth management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and recommendation systems, including their core principles and limitations; familiar with prompt engineering, RAG, and vector retrieval.
- Strong AI product sense and execution ability, with the ability to turn general model capabilities into reusable product modules and translate complex technical solutions into clear user value.
- Familiar with recommendation system fundamentals such as recall, ranking, and cold start; experience or understanding of LLM-based generative recommendation is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in SQL and BI tools, with the ability to independently design tracking, A/B tests, and performance analysis.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, business, operations, and compliance teams.
- Strong interest in financial trading scenarios, with the ability to quickly learn fintech, securities, and trading business logic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building products such as robo-advisors, AI wealth assistants, or intelligent recommendation systems from 0 to 1.
- Experience designing and delivering LLM application-layer products such as copilots, agents, or conversational AI.
- Master s degree in AI/ML, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of crypto markets and trading mechanisms; Web3 industry experience is a plus.
- Technical background with the ability to read algorithm design documents and work closely with ML/algorithm engineers.
- Proven success building AI-native products from 0 to 1.
