Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
- Own and prioritise the product backlog based on stakeholder input and business value
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories or manage the team responsible for doing so
- Act as the main point of contact for product-related queries
- Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Manage vendor contracts and renewals
- Oversee the full product lifecycle
- Research and compare products to meet emerging demands
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceDesk
- Strategic thinking and user-centric mindset
- Technical background or experience working with development teams
- Familiarity with data analytics and user research
