Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap on the assigned product line
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers, in every territory, to map and develop the right channel for the product
  • Specify market requirements for current and future product(s) by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to potential and existing customers
  • Lead the vendors relations in alignment with the company s strategy
  • Identify potential partners for the product(s)
  • Provide and manage complex quotations
  • Ensure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management system
  • Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives
  • Ensure the highest level of support and engagement with partners and respond in a timely manner with appropriate resources in order to meet customers needs
  • Help build a solid customer database and increase the number of customers
  • Maintain and increase sales for the entire product line to generate long term revenue and profitability
  • Promote the product(s) and the company within the region

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or any other related field.

Experience

  • 7 10 years of experience in UPS sales within the IT distribution industry (UAE or Middle East / Africa / Levant region).
  • Experience in Eaton and Tripp Lite, APC, Schneider, Vertiv.
  • Proven track record in managing annual sales budgets between USD 5 8 million.
  • Strong network and relationships with System Integrators (SIs) and end customers (key advantage).
  • Technical or Engineering background with solid commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ability to manage product stock and flow efficiently.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Skilled in marketing planning, lead generation, partner onboarding, and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience in proposal submission, budgeting, market analysis, and P&L contribution for Eaton or similar brands.
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach across assigned territories.
