Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager who will be responsible for the strategic development and management of the product at all stages of the life cycle. You will work closely with a team of developers, designers and marketers to create innovative solutions that meet user needs and market requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of product strategy, including planning and management of the product life cycle.
- Determination of user needs, market and competitive environment analysis.
- Creation and management of the product roadmap, prioritization of features and improvements.
- Drafting technical specifications, describing functionality and monitoring task completion.
- Interacting with the development team to ensure successful project implementation.
- Organizing product testing, collecting user feedback and analyzing the results.
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) of the product and making adjustments to the strategy to achieve goals.
- Interacting with the marketing and sales departments to ensure successful product launch.
Requirements:
- Experience as a product manager for at least 2 years, preferably in IT, social platforms or applications.
- Excellent understanding of the product life cycle, project management methods and product development.
- Ability to work with analytical tools to evaluate product success and user experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, ability to organize and lead product sprints.
- High communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and quickly adapt to changes.
- Knowledge of English at a technical level (reading documentation, communicating with international teams).
