Purpose:
The TECA (Trauma) Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of the TECA product portfolio within the orthopedics division.
This role combines market intelligence, clinical insight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation, growth, and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
Portfolio Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Define and manage the TECA product roadmap, including new product development and lifecycle management.
Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and healthcare professionals to validate product concepts and positioning.
Product Development & Launch
- Lead cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Clinical, Sales) through product development phases.
- Drive successful product launches, including training, marketing collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
Commercial Support
- Support sales teams with product knowledge, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Monitor product performance and implement strategies to optimize sales and market share.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with regulatory and clinical teams to support submissions and post-market surveillance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or Medical Degree (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience within the orthopaedics industry.
- Strong understanding of Orthopaedics procedures and clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer visits, conferences, and field support.
