Roles & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
1. Technical Content & Product Storytelling Write product-focused blogs, guides, help content, and release notes Explain features and workflows clearly for both technical and non-technical users Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay aligned
2. Activation & Onboarding Ownership Create and manage in-app content (tooltips, walkthroughs, banners, empty states) Improve activation rates for new signups through better messaging and content Test, iterate, and optimize onboarding flows continuously
3. Webinars & Product Education Plan and manage live and recorded webinars Coordinate speakers, content, promotions, and post-webinar follow-ups Repurpose webinars into blogs, product docs, short videos, and in-app assets
4. Product Launch Support Support feature launches with clear positioning and launch content Create announcements, FAQs, and internal enablement material
Desired Candidate Profile
What We’re Looking For
2-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or SaaS Marketing Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex product concepts Writing portfolio is mandatory (blogs, product content, docs, or case studies) Basic design skills – comfortable using Canva to create visuals Experience with webinars, onboarding content, or product education Comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams Metrics-aware mindset – you care about activation, not vanity metrics Bonus Points Video editing skills (short product videos, tutorials, clips) Experience with video tools, creator platforms, or B2B SaaS Familiarity with in-app messaging or product analytics tools
