Key Responsibilities:

To coordinate with Sales and Purchasing Department for ordering of vehicles.
Preparing vehicle order sheet
Liaison with Retail and Fleet Sales Manager for getting month on month sales projection.
Order Processing – Planning and Forecasting the order, processing the order, checking the order
To ensure execution of order within the time line
Co-ordination with Principal for getting allocation
Monitoring and control inventory levels in terms of ordering new stocks, booking and sales level.
All administration works
Coordinating Logistical Paper works for clearing the shipment from the port, for export and import
Providing vehicle data to Customs Department for clearing shipments
Co-ordinating with Finance Dept. for L/C opening, vehicle costing etc.
Monitoring the warehouse and updating stock movement in the system
Study of price and specification of vehicles received from principal
To understand End Item Model code for each variant, start of production and end or production of each model
To undertake ordering of vehicles for the coming production month in the principals system (Dragon of Nissan or Ford system )
To update selling price of vehicles in Autoline
To update/modify franchise data in system
To undertake regular checking of the Status Report of order and Shipments
To check Vehicle Specifications and colours with the sales team before ordering.
To support Retail, Fleet Sales Team for ordering, inventory planning, MIS reports etc.
To maintain Order Sum and Order Log for future reference
Sales reporting to principal
Updating rebates in Autoline system
Reconciliation of rebates on monthly basis
Obtaining special price from principal for fleet deals, tenders etc.
MIS reports


Buying / Purchase / Procurement / Vendor Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential:

· Experience in automotive dealer management system and Kerrdige autoline system.

· Higher National Diploma in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering with 2-3 years’ experience in product ordering (Nissan/Ford), preferably within GCC

· Team Player

· Ability to work under pressure

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Proficiency in MS Office & other windows based applications
