Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and developing decorative product lines by defining product strategy, monitoring the market, improving pricing and packaging, and supporting sales.
- Develop and expand decorative product range for retail, showrooms, and projects.
- Execute seasonal marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track product performance and generate reports.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and new product development.
- Support product launches and cross-functional coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of pricing, positioning, and market analysis
- Paints experience is a must
