Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Vision & Roadmap
o Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and releases in line with business goals
o Refine priorities based on feedback, analytics, and operational performance.
o Ensure planned initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Requirements & Backlog Management
o Own and manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps, translating requirements into actionable user stories and EPICs with acceptance criteria.
o Conduct wireframing and story-mapping sessions to validate features and workflows.
o Balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints while maintaining Agile readiness standards.
Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership
o Lead sprint ceremonies for planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and reviews and ensuring clarity of sprint goals and timely delivery.
o Collaborating with Scrum Masters and technical leads to remove impediments and monitor velocity using Azure DevOps dashboards.
o Support QA and DevOps teams through UAT, release readiness, and retrospective reviews.
Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work with architects and developers to confirm feature feasibility, API and data-model alignment, and integration dependencies.
o Participate in design and deployment reviews to maintain system integrity and traceability.
o Document technical workflows and data exchanges across front-end, middleware, and back-end systems.
Stakeholder & Performance Management
o Act as primary liaison between business, technical, and design teams, managing expectations and ensuring transparent communication.
o Conduct demos and workshops to gather feedback and validate deliverables.
o Define and track product KPIs (adoption, usability, ROI) using analytics dashboards to guide prioritization.
o Promote innovation, data-driven decision making, and iterative improvement across teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information system or related field.
6 8 years of experience in product ownership or Agile business analysis.
Certified PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe PO/PM (preferred).
Proficient in Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS).
Skilled in user story writing, UAT execution, and backlog management.
Familiar with API-based systems, data modeling, and integration architecture.
Working knowledge of Figma/Miro for design collaboration and Postman/Swagger for API validation.
Exposure to CI/CD, version control, and release planning.
Excellent analytical, prioritization, and communication skills in Arabic and English.
