Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Expand customer base through field visits and prospecting
Promote and close sales for hydraulic presses, compactors, lifts, road blockers (oil hydraulic systems)
Identify high-value opportunities and convert leads into confirmed orders
Prepare and negotiate technical proposals, pricing, and contracts to win deals
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing revenue and margins
Maintain strong client relationships, handle objections, and secure repeat business
Coordinate internally to ensure fast delivery, customer satisfaction, and timely collections
Ensure fast and accurate submission of quotations, invoices, and required documents to secure orders
Desired Candidate Profile
Mechanical Engineering graduate with 2+ years in technical/industrial sales
Experience in oil hydraulic systems
Strong technical understanding with ability to read drawings and propose solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluent in English and Arabic
Valid driving license with willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia
