Job Purpose:
Identify business opportunities, generate sales, motivate & lead the sales team from front to ensure excellent performance of self and team to achieve the targeted sales and profit

Job Responsibilities:

a) Handle Traders in the territory of Dubai & Northern Emirates
b) Achieve Sales & GP from the assigned territory / customers for self.
c) Achieve Sales & GP from the assigned territory / customers for team
d) Implement distribution model in assigned territory for achieving width, depth & servicing parameters as per KPI.
e) Achieve product wise & Customer segment wise sales target as assigned by company.
f) Developing & implementing schemes to promote products in the Trader market.
g) MIS & Market intelligence reporting including competition activity.
h) Improve brand visibility in Traders network.
i) Handling collection & implementing credit policy as per company terms
j) Identify new Business opportunities and take necessary steps to tap these opportunities
k) Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
l) Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
m) Adherence to processes & procedures / Improvement in existing processes & development of new processes leading to an efficient system.
n) Any other work assigned by your reporting manager/s.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have more than 8 years of experience in sales handling traders and sales executives
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Familiar with Dubai and Northern Emirates region's Trade marketers / dealers with similar products
Must have UAE Driving License
Knowledge of Electrical products like Wiring Accessories, Cables, Glands / Lugs, Earthing / Lighting protection, Cable management systems and other electrical products are highly desirable
