Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day product operations for Amplifi GO, Geo, Audience Builder and Dentsu Marketplaces, ensuring tools, processes, and workflows run smoothly
- Help drive product adoption across teams and accounts
- Assist in onboarding new clients and campaigns into each product ecosystem, including setup, tracking, and reporting
- Work closely with media teams to ensure product adoption, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practice usage
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure delivery accuracy, pacing, and product-specific KPIs
- Collaborate with trading, planning and analytics on project activation
- Support the Head of Product in developing documentation, and product enablement materials
- Ensure high standards of accuracy in campaign setup, tagging, audience selection, pacing, and delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 4 years of experience in digital media, performance media (programmatic exposure), basic analytics, or product operations (agency or ad-tech background preferred)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data (Excel, and dashboards)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work on tight timelines across several markets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts into clear actionable steps
