Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve sales and earnings targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Expand the customer base across end-users and distributors.
  • Maintain and secure strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Identify and acquire new prospects for core products.

Customer & Distributor Support

  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries.
  • Provide product training and support to external retailers and partners.
  • Assist distribution partners with information sharing, preparation, and training.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships through continuous engagement.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor market developments and competitive activities.

Commercial & Operational Tasks

  • Lead price negotiations in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Monitor contracts, price structures, and rebate agreements.
  • Ensure cost awareness by reviewing freight rates, calculations, and expenses.
  • Collect and forward customer feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Support budget planning initiatives for retailer expansion based on strategic objectives.

Compliance & Standards

  • Align all activities with company values, communication guidelines, and overall strategy.
  • Manage and develop the assigned sales territory efficiently and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in product sales, business development, or distributor management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical ability and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Highly self-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.
