Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales and earnings targets in alignment with company goals.
- Expand the customer base across end-users and distributors.
- Maintain and secure strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Identify and acquire new prospects for core products.
Customer & Distributor Support
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries.
- Provide product training and support to external retailers and partners.
- Assist distribution partners with information sharing, preparation, and training.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through continuous engagement.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Continuously monitor market developments and competitive activities.
Commercial & Operational Tasks
- Lead price negotiations in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Monitor contracts, price structures, and rebate agreements.
- Ensure cost awareness by reviewing freight rates, calculations, and expenses.
- Collect and forward customer feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Support budget planning initiatives for retailer expansion based on strategic objectives.
Compliance & Standards
- Align all activities with company values, communication guidelines, and overall strategy.
- Manage and develop the assigned sales territory efficiently and professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in product sales, business development, or distributor management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong analytical ability and understanding of market dynamics.
- Highly self-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.
