Roles & Responsibilities

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:


-  Technical Expertise & Implementation


Become a subject matter expert in our flagship IP Management System, Equinox Law Firm+

Design, configure, and implement technical solutions tailored to client requirements during onboarding projects.

Perform quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of solutions before deployment.

-  Client Engagement & Collaboration


Lead and participate in client workshops to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.

Collaborate with project team members to deliver seamless and successful implementations.

-  Ongoing Support & Continuous Improvement


Provide proactive technical support and system configuration for live clients.

Carry out ad hoc configuration tasks and enhancements as needed.

Contribute to internal initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
