Production Assistant

We are looking for a creative, proactive Production Assistant to support our day-to-day studio and on-set operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being close to the creative process.

You will act as the extra hands and eyes for our principal photographer - both on set and in the office ensuring each project runs smoothly from preparation to wrap.

Production & Set Support

• Assist with set preparation, breakdown, and modifications
• Support crew, clients, and talent during shoots
• Help manage equipment, props, and studio readiness
• Work closely with the principal photographer at our Barsha Heights branch

Administrative & Logistics

• Prepare and manage paperwork (call sheets, scripts, shot lists, proposals, contracts)
• Run production-related errands when required
• Assist with scheduling and general coordination

Marketing & On-Camera Support

• Comfortably appear on camera for behind-the-scenes or marketing content
• Collaborate with the marketing team on studio content creation
• Support social media or promotional shoots when needed

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong creative instincts and visual awareness
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in fast-moving production environments
• Willingness to take initiative and solve problems on the spot
• Comfortable working both on set and in an office setting
• Confident communicating with crew, clients, and internal teams
