Education/Certifications: One year related experience may
be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
High school diploma or equivalent with courses in algebra
or equivalent mathematics, computer operations and auto mechanics.
Knowledge of US Military vehicles and equipment, OSHA,
ANSI, ASME, military regulations standards, and OEM requirements.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U. S.
Passport and U. S. Driver s License.
Must be capable of obtaining a flight line driver s
Must have and be capable of maintaining a valid U. S.
SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Must have color vision.
Must be able to pass employment and deployment
qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug
testing, background checks, etc.
Candidates must successfully complete both online and
hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense
training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided
Five years general vehicle management experience with two
of the five years in fleet management.
Knowledge of vehicle fleet management and analysis, quality control,
part procurement, customer service, and management of leased/rental vehicles.
Must have experience using the following systems: DPAS
Logistics Installations and Mission Support-Enterprise View, Vehicle View
(LIMS-EV VV), Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS), Newbegin Enterprise
Inc. (NEI), Enterprise Solution-Supply (ES-S), FMIS, Transaction Request Tool
(TRT), Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVRS), Defense Logistics
Agency-Disposition Services (DLA-DS) and Federal Automotive Statistical Tool
Must possess advanced skills and knowledge of analysis,
data interpretation/presentation and management of the vehicle fleet. Must be
able to train personnel in all aspects of Fleet Management and Analysis.
Good knowledge of computer operations to include Microsoft
programs such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet
Military experience in a contingency environment and
knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.
