Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and quality assurance, to implement innovative solutions for product improvement.
- Analyze production data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for operational enhancement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing disciplines.
2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, demonstrating a track record of process improvement.
Experience in using CAD software and production management tools to design and optimize manufacturing processes.
