Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, maintenance, and quality assurance, to resolve production issues.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of production problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of production processes, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  • Train and support production staff on best practices, process changes, and safety protocols.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and process optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and quality management systems in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to flexible work arrangements as needed.
