Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review and process work orders
Ensure timely material issuance
Plan and monitor daily production; update stakeholders on status
Maintain product quality and ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery
Oversee shop floor operations, packing, and energy efficiency
Optimize manpower and resources; reduce waste and downtime
Promote innovation, Kaizen, and continuous improvement
Enforce safety rules, 5S, and housekeeping standards
Manage attendance, overtime, and production reporting
Maintain production and quality records
Identify and address risks and opportunities (QMS-related)
Support the Head of Production
