Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Optimize metal production processes by analyzing current workflows and identifying areas for improvement, leading to increased efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues related to metal forming, casting, or finishing, minimizing downtime and ensuring product quality.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for metal production challenges, leveraging your expertise to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Oversee the implementation of new equipment and technologies, ensuring smooth integration and operator training for optimal performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, demonstrating a commitment to process improvement.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in metal manufacturing, showcasing practical industry knowledge.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of various metal forming, casting, and finishing processes.


The candidate should be a degree/diploma holder in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with thorough knowledge in production of all kinds of architectural metal work such as aluminum, stainless steel & mild steel works. Knowledge of preparing the shop drawings, production details, installation details, training to factory employees, production planning and execution must.
