Desired Candidate Profile

Production Engineer/Workshop Engineer

Reports to: Division Manager

Qualification

• Shall have a Minimum 5 to 8 years in the field of oil & gas, refinery,

petrochemical process.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.

• Experience in production planning & scheduling & managing a team of

workers.

• Experienced in interpreting and applying scope of work & engineering

document/drawings.

• Conversant with the international codes and standards such as IEC, ANSI,

BS, EN, ASTM, API & ISO.

• Experience working in quality & HSE atmosphere.

Job responsibilities:

• All manufacturing activities including fabrication, assembly, pre-

commissioning and commissioning activities at workshop.

• Planning of resources, methods and scheduling etc.

• Ensures that proper approved documents are in place prior to start of

manufacturing activities.

• Implementation of specific QHSE plan during manufacturing.

• Provide resolution for any issues during the manufacturing process.

• Provide root cause analysis and close out resolutions for any non-

conformances raised.

• Coordinate with other departments with respect to manufacturing activities.

• Implementing & follow-up of Risk Assessment Report

• Participating in accident investigation.

• Establish communication methods with all levels.

• Ensure all equipment that require certification have a valid third-party test

certificate.

• Supervise & monitor all workers under him.
