Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, minimizing defects and enhancing product reliability.
- Develop and manage production schedules, adjusting workflow based on resource availability and demand fluctuations to optimize output.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages skill development and teamwork.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation for production oversight.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of managing production teams effectively.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, demonstrating expertise in process optimization and waste reduction.
Experience in the specific industry such as automotive, electronics, or food production, ensuring familiarity with sector-specific challenges.
