Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely completion of projects while adhering to budget constraints and quality standards.
- Develop and implement efficient production schedules, optimizing resources to meet fluctuating demand and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to streamline operations and enhance product quality.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for production principles.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, showcasing a proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes.
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification to demonstrate expertise in process improvement methodologies.
Experience within the cable and wire industry align with our production environment.
