Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet delivery schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure timely maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Implement quality standards and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure accurate order execution.
- Manage and lead production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–6 years of experience in tin can manufacturing or related metal packaging industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and machine operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Locally available candidates will be preferred.
