Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing daily activities including.
- Leading, managing and improving production functions.
- Ensuring coordination between operational departments to maximize production performance.
- Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions.
- Preparing, analyzing and submit production and performance reports.
- Participate in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and the Production Plan and supervise the progress of work .
- Responsible for planning the optimal distribution of manpower among production units.
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process.
- Assisting senior management in drawing up plans, policies and strategies for the production process.
- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
- Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
Candidate Profile:
- BS.C Degree in Food Engineering/Food Processing or Bachelor of Agriculture or any relatives
- 8 :10 years experience in the food industry including at least 2 years performing similar duties and responsibilities in the same position.
- Food Manufacturing background is a must.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
- Business Planning, measuring and analytic thinking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
- Applicants preferred to be from 10th of Ramadan city, Obour city , Shrouk , future city.
- Outstanding communication ability.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
- Applicant must can start immediately.
