Develop and implement a site maintenance plan.

Lead and direct people, equipment, and resources in the processing plant to ensure efficiency and optimization.

Ensure sufficient deployment and productivity of work crews to maximize productivity.

Engage in open communication with the Line Manager and report any issues that could affect the processing plant or site operations.

Ensure preventative maintenance and equipment inspections are carried out on the processing plant to maximize running hours and output. Report any issues or breakdowns immediately to the Line Manager.

Monitor all equipment daily to ensure proper running condition.

Organize and coordinate the daily activities of all team members and supplier equipment, ensuring proper utilization.

Achieve production goals on time and within budget.

Plan work in an efficient and effective order, maximizing progress in a safe and timely manner.

Review and adhere to blasting schedules, ensuring blasting areas and dates are met to guarantee raw material availability for the processing plant.

Ensure company equipment is lawfully operated, properly maintained, and used effectively.

Ensure timesheets and reports are completed and submitted as required.

Ensure daily check-ups and maintenance are completed properly to avoid breakdown time.

Ensure weekly maintenance is planned well in advance and that all parts are available in stock to avoid breakdowns and downtime.

Develop and implement a site HSE plan, including KPIs, and encourage all employees, subcontractors, and consultants to adopt safety as a site culture.

Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings and inspections.

Review safe work plans and hazard assessments with staff prior to job commencement.
