Production Manager - Joinery & Fit out

Conduct daily production meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management. Plan, schedule, and supervise all production activities for fit‑out and joinery projects to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Lead and manage workshop teams including carpenters, painters & CNC operators

Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications to ensure precise production and minimize rework.

Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to prevent delays and maintain workflow continuity.

Optimize material usage, manpower allocation, and overall production efficiency through effective planning and resource management. Ensure all manufactured items meet required quality standards and align with client expectations.

Oversee site installation teams to ensure proper execution, smooth handover, and compliance with approved drawings.

Maintain and enforce workshop health and safety standards, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Manage inventory levels, monitor material consumption, and raise material requests proactively. Identify operational challenges, recommend improvements, and implement practical solutions. Ensure all workshop machinery and equipment are regularly serviced, calibrated, and maintained. Train, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance technical skills, efficiency, and overall productivity.
