Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan daily operations, manage well tests, allocate resources, ensure equipment readiness

Oversee EPF start-up/shut-down and safety systems, ensure ADNOC compliance, document operations, mentor staff, and lead emergency response.

Desired Candidate Profile

BSc in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas operations, including EPF projects

Strong leadership and crew-management abilities in multicultural environments.

Advanced troubleshooting of surface well-test equipment and EPF process trains.

Excellent communication, report-writing, and client-interface skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimisation.

Familiarity with HSE standards and operational risk management
