As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by efficiently operating machinery and ensuring that production processes run smoothly. This position involves following safety practices, maintaining equipment, and working closely with other team members to achieve production targets. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to optimize efficiency and output.
• Ensure all production processes comply with safety and quality standards.
• Regularly inspect equipment to identify and resolve any mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
• Safely handle and store materials and ingredients used in the manufacturing process.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Report any operational discrepancies to supervisors promptly for resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations during all production activities.
• Participate in continuous training and development opportunities to improve skills.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of machines for new production runs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors.
