Production Planner Rockwool / Glasswool Manufacturing

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all production activities in the Rockwool/Glasswool plant. Ensures optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery to achieve production targets, maintain product quality, and meet delivery schedules efficiently.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and inventory levels.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor raw material availability and communicate requirements to the procurement team.

• Track production output and analyze deviations from plans.

• Optimize production schedules to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

• Prepare production reports and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.

• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Chemical / Industrial Engineering.

• 3 6 years of experience in production planning, preferably in Rockwool, Glasswool, or insulation manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of process flow, material requirements, and plant capacity planning.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or production planning software.

• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
