Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily production and fabrication activities.
- Plan and schedule production tasks to meet deadlines.
- Manage shop floor workforce and allocate tasks.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams.
- Monitor material usage and availability.
- Provide regular production progress reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Profile
- Experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of welding, assembly, and production processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues.
Job Specifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 7 years experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
- Experience in GCC/KSA preferred.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
