Function Production Team Leader
Direct hierarchical superior Sr PRODUCTION MANAGER
Purpose of the Job
Responsible for supporting the productive areas by providing materials, documentation, tools and winter resources to facilitate the productive operation of the business unit production.
Responsible for making purchase orders and requests for materials and tools for different production areas.
Responsible for performing their assigned work with a high level of responsibility.
Responsible for the proper use of equipment, tools and fixtures as well as their basic maintenance required, in order to extend the life and proper functioning of the equipment. "

Principal Responsibilities
Support Production
• Promptly attend your work area.
• Carry out the operations assigned for each process using necessary procedures and documentation.
• Maintain the archivists with the necessary documents for the productive areas.
• Responsible for updating the graphs of the different Tier boards in the area.
• Respect and observe the behaviors and policies required for order and discipline to maintain a good work environment.
• Complete the training of competitions established for the position.
• Elaboration of Identifications that the productive areas require
• Control of the inputs generated in the different shifts, keeping accurate records.
• Capture and control of all the CI's of the business unit of the different shifts.
• Responsible for the daily delivery of TPM reports of critical equipment to the maintenance area.
• Responsible for the daily delivery of formats corresponding to Human Resources (Holidays, Permits, etc.)
• Preparation and filling of charts required by the leaders of the business unit
• Respect and follow the instructions of your leader and / or supervisor.
HSE - HOS
• Comply with the safety regulations, policies and regulations assigned to the business unit.
• Comply with the training assigned to your position.
• Participate by providing safety observations.
• Participate in keeping your work area and the plant in general safe.
• Facilitate the HSE trainings assigned by the site to all employees of the business unit, as well as their registration and timely reporting in the system.
• Provide all the necessary resources for the delivery and registration of training. "
HOS
• Comply with the training assigned to your position.
• Participate by contributing improvement ideas (CI's)
• Support and actively participate in the activities related to the deployment of HOS (RPS's, 5 "S", Acknowledgments).
• Actively participate in the assigned Tier meeting
• Actively participate to keep your work area clean and organized.
• Correct and punctual registration and control of IC's in the area.
YOU MUST HAVE
Work experience 2 years in the same position
knowledge/Skills E xperience in managing and communicating with staff
SAP knowledge
Control of records and documentation.
Education High School Diploma

• Some prior experience in production planning
• Degree of creativity and latitude.
• Able to make decisions using data provided.
• Proficient knowledge of basic computer skills
• Ability to train production coordinators.
• Proactive clear and concise communication skills.
