Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Carry out interior and exterior painting for apartments, villas, offices, and retail units

Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, filling cracks/holes, priming, etc.)

Repair and touch up walls, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting, and woodwork

Match and mix paints to required colours and finishes (matte, gloss, etc.)

Apply paint using brush, roller, and spray techniques to a high professional standard

Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures, and ensure clean and tidy work areas

Follow job sheets, timelines, and HSE/safety guidelines

Report progress, issues, and material needs to the supervisor

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a professional painter (property / maintenance background preferred)

Strong skills in surface preparation, patching, and finishing

Ability to deliver clean, neat and high-quality work with attention to detail

Knowledge of different paint types and applications (emulsion, oil-based, primers, sealers, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and able to work under time pressure

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
