Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with management and contract awarding process for the Summit in line with policies, procedures and business requirements.
Develop potential speaker list in line with ADSW objectives.
Develop all required presentation material and templates relevant for the smooth delivery of all events.
In conjunction with Management, lead the relationship with the appointed Content Partner on all matters related to the Summit as per their duties outlined in agreed contract.
Liaise and coordinate with Events & Operations regarding the Summit build.
Develop and execute communications plan for the Summit working with Masdar s Corporate Communications team.
Develop and execute programs for ADSW and related events throughout the year, as needed ensuring that all targets and objectives are met in line with standards.
Ensure that all high-level speakers, including celebrities, ministers, and the Heads of States, are properly briefed in accordance with Masdar standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing or related field, or higher Preferred Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role involving the management of the content and program of similar events
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent computer literacy, with strong background in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent ability to plan and organize work
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
