General Position Description:
Business Transformation / Improvements & Strategy experience is Mandatory in the Senior leadership position.
Understand the requirements of organizational governance and strategic planning/objectives and how to govern his program to cater for the objectives of the tragic portfolio initiative his program is part of.
Fully understand and successfully implement the communication requirements in operations and projects through the program communication plan.
Lead and be accountable for the program results throughout the entirety of its life-cycle (from Pre-program setup to closing out)
Lead and be accountable for program benefits management from benefits identification to benefits transition
Be responsible for program stakeholder management from the identification and analysis of all stakeholders throughout the life cycle phases of his program.
In coordination with program steering committee or governance board (if exist), he shall be responsible and accountable for the results of program governance in accordance with the internationally recognized good practices and standards.
Develop the key program documents including Business Case, Program Management Plan, Program Road Map, Benefits Register, and Benefits Realization Plan.
Participate in the planning and formulation of alternatives analysis and solutions through all project stages (initiation, planning, execution, control, and close out); lead the development of conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates, and coordinate the production of design, implementation, and operation documents.
In coordination with Group Management, develop and/or administer program budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; perform project cost estimating as appropriate.
Review and interpret proposals for appropriateness to required function and/or institutional standard, and direct the initiation of revisions where appropriate; advise client as to how best to achieve required results.
Ensure that operations are in compliance the program objective and end user requirements.
Establish performance and delivery criteria for individual projects, ensuring that client/end user requirements are being met.
