Job Description
Role Execution:
The Programme Coach ensures effective operation on the gym floor including provision of advice to members with regards to maintaining correct technique during exercises and correct use of equipment and overall responsibility for ensuring the equipment is in an orderly fashion.
To Drive Fitness Team to Deliver High Quality Fitness Service within Member Journey
Designing and implementing exercise programmes for a range of individual clients by collecting and analyzing client information to ensure the effectiveness of personal exercise programmes.
To actively encourage potential clients/members to join and adhere to regular exercise programmes, employing appropriate motivational strategies to achieve set club target and KPIs.
Training and Development:
Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
Complete & Certified in all Signature Programmes Relevant to club
In Depth knowledge of My Zone including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
Have a genuine interest in all of the latest developments in the fitness industry and ensure that your product knowledge is up to date at all times.
Have an updated UAE Reps card / license in order to deliver Personal Training sessions.
Have an International Recognized Personal Training Certification or equivalent.
Have certification in any classes being delivered
Complete minimum 3 CPD Points per quarter
Attend weekly or Bi weekly 121 s with the Programme/Fitness Manager in order to improve product knowledge and delivery.
Minimum Performance Criteria:
Achieve 100% of monthly KPIs set by Fitness First.
Communication to be of the highest standard with personal clients and club members.
Minimum monthly set targets are: PTS 22,000aed and PTC 100 sessions (Variations will apply under RFM discretion).
Delivery of Minimum 1 Floor shift and 1 New Member Induction sessions per day (Total of 26 in a full month).
Delivery of 36 Signature Programmes per month or under line manager / CGM discretion relevant to club.
Delivery of 50 New Member Induction Sessions per month.
Performance Administrative Functions:
Demonstrate a high standard of instruction and technique in the execution of all exercises and motivate members to adhere to their personal fitness regimes.
To initiate new member orientation and associated exercise programs in order to motivate members to strive to achieve identified health and fitness goals.
To assist members of the safe use of training equipment, to design personal training programs and deliver a high standard of gym floor classes.
Educate and enforce Fitness First etiquette and regulations as designated in club rules and regulations including ensuring members clean equipment after use and return it to their allocated storage area and ensuring all equipment is in good order to maintain optimal member service and experience.
Support all club promotions and actively promote Fitness First services thus ensuring members maximize their gym membership.
Guarantee the maintenance of equipment and tidiness of all class environments for the optimal functionality of the club, in the most cost-effective manner.
Demonstrate personal commitment to Fitness First values and behavior, the company strategy and brand promise (Winning Ways).
Attend Weekly HOD, CSTM and ICT (Relevant to Club).
Attend Quarterly Product Launch.
Additional Information:
Trainer must update Fitness Enterprise System on daily basis.
Trainer must daily update ROTA and make sure all info is correct and client are confirmed the day before 14 days client booking for PT clients.
Trainer must submit Business Plan by 23 rd of every month.
Trainer must keep their success diary updated at all time.
Any Programme Coach not on track with personal KPIs and does not have NJM client or PT client will be required to cover floor shift in their Red shirt or any other during required by the line manager.
Any Programme Coach doing more than 120 PTC will not be required to be on shift.
Any Programme Coach doing less than 100 PTC will be on daily shift pattern.
