The Account Manager/ Project Manager supports the CEO and the COO with business development and account management activities and works closely with the Technology team to ensure accurate delivery of the clients projects to clients.
The role is a hybrid of account management and project management. The balance of this role will be approximately 60% project management and 40% client-facing account management.
Responsibilities include:
• Understanding the client s industry and what needs to be done to meet the client s goal and objectives.
• Managing post-sale client relationships and project management: kick-off, development, internal testing, client testing, launch, post-launch feedback.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and with the quality agreed by allocating talent, orchestrating teams and leveraging technology, methodologies and tools to enhance the process.
• Providing non-technical quality testing and support to the management and the technical team.
• Being the main point of contacts on a client/project basis.
• Liaising with the Technology team to ensure projects follow the business requirements and fits in the client delivery and internal product road maps.

• You thrive on working across a number of different clients and projects in an agile manner.
• You love tasks lists, time management and are also comfortable creating conceptual solutions to client needs in order to ensure that they get the best value from our service.
• You have Project Management education and/or certifications such as CompTIA Project+, PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2.
• You have strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships within project teams and across multiple clients.
• You are comfortable managing demands of clients looking for guidance and support.
• You can identify potential up-selling opportunities and can deliver high levels of creative, technical and commercial advice.
• You have demonstrable experience where you have managed the implementation of a digital solution that met a business objective.
• You have experience in a client-facing role working with corporates and managing complex projects.
• 3-5 Years of working experience in an account/project management role.
