We are seeking a Project Architect with strong technical expertise and coordination skills to lead architectural design and engineering integration across all project phases, from Concept Design to Detailed Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary coordination, stakeholder engagement, and technical planning to ensure design excellence and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design & Technical Oversight
  • Participate in the architectural development from concept through detailed design, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with project objectives.
  • Develop and review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and material selections.
  • Ensure designs align with building codes, local regulations, and international best practices.
  • Develop efficient space planning strategies that optimize functionality, circulation, and aesthetics.
  • Analyze and implement zoning, accessibility, and safety regulations into spatial layouts.
  • Prepare test fits, massing studies, and layout optimizations based on client needs and technical constraints.
  • Engineering & Multidisciplinary Coordination
  • Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and civil engineers, integrating their inputs into the architectural design.
  • Facilitate technical workshops and coordination meetings to resolve design challenges.
  • Manage and review consultant deliverables, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Present design solutions to internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback into the development process.
  • Planning & Project Management
  • Monitor design progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, well-structured, and aligned with project milestones.

Job requirements

  • Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and engineering disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and BIM workflows.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, international standards (IBC, BS, LEED, etc.), and authority approvals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and coordinate across disciplines.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining design integrity and technical precision.
