Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date to facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, optimizing time management for project leaders and team members.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing timely updates to ensure all tasks are completed within defined timelines.
  • Support the budgeting process by tracking project expenses and ensuring that financial reports align with project goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required to ensure foundational knowledge.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a project support role, demonstrating familiarity with project lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) is essential for effective task tracking and collaboration.
