Project Civil Engineer - Transmission Projects

We are urgently seeking a Project Civil Engineer with strong expertise in power transmission projects, especially with Transco/Taqa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, permits handling, and coordination of civil works related to substations and transmission lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day civil activities on power transmission project sites
• Ensure compliance with Transco Taqa standards and regulatory requirements
• Apply for and clear work permits efficiently from concerned authorities
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution
• Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, and project documentation
• Ensure HSE compliance on all civil works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
• At least 5 years experience in power transmission projects (Transco preferred)
• Proven ability to manage permits and inspections
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of civil work in substations and transmission infrastructure
