Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the project team to ensure successful completion of project goals.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Manage project scope and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in the relevant industry, such as construction, IT, or healthcare.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and another language, depending on the project location and stakeholders.
  • Professional certification, such as PMP or Prince
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a MUST.
