Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate project timelines and manage critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery of automotive projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report project progress against defined KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Manage project documentation, including specifications, design documents, and change requests, ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and clients, to keep everyone informed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Proven understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, including design, development, and production.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to make informed decisions.
