Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget while effectively communicating updates to management.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and services by liaising with vendors, obtaining quotes, and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate site inspections and monitor the progress of works, addressing any issues that arise to maintain project momentum.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, ie. drawings, technical submittals, progress reports, variation orders and handing over certificate to ensure clarity among all parties.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to implement design specifications and resolve any discrepancies during the work process.
  • Manage client communications, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met while fostering a positive working relationship.
  • Support site team in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field to provide a strong foundation in project coordination.
  • Preferable 2 years of experience in fitout projects, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate project goals and updates clearly to management and clients.
