Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support workshop workflow and handle technical administrative tasks accurately.
Coordinate with technicians, sales, and other departments on job details and progress.
Manage pre-award tasks: receiving items, confirming complaints, collecting information, opening job cards, and updating SERA.
Manage post-award tasks: issuing confirmations, arranging parts/services, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and updating planning.
Complete job closure: finalize job cards, record all costs, prepare summary sheets, and update ERP.
Review manuals/drawings, identify technical or safety concerns, and support toolbox talks.
Maintain clean workspace, follow QHSE policies, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or related field. Additional training in administration, planning, or Project coordination is an advantage.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in workshop administration, service coordination, or technical office support. Experience using ERP/Workshop systems (e.g., SERA or similar) preferred.
