Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and schedules
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring project timelines
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation report and records
  • Coordinate with site teams subcontractors suppliers and consultants
  • Track material deliveries manpower and work progress
  • Follow up on approvals submittals and inspections
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up action items
  • Support billing variations and handover documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
