Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Project & Site Coordination

Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring adequate manpower as per client requirements.

Prepare and update daily deployment sheets and roster plans.

Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and reliever arrangements across sites.

Liaise with camp and transport teams to ensure staff reach sites on time.

Act as the point of contact between operations, HR, and client teams for site-related matters.

Client Communication & Reporting

Maintain regular communication with the client regarding attendance, deployment, and performance.

Escalate site-related issues (shortage, discipline, replacements, etc.) to the concerned manager promptly.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management or client.

Attend client meetings and ensure action points are followed up and closed.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all deployed staff have valid documents (visa, Emirates ID, site pass, etc.).

Coordinate with HR/Admin for new staff mobilization and demobilization.

Maintain updated project files including rosters, attendance records, leave trackers, and evaluation reports.

Support audits and ensure all project documentation is up to date.

Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution

Track staff performance and report any issues to the Project Manager.

Address on-site challenges related to behaviour, attendance, or performance through coordination with relevant departments.

Support in staff counselling and disciplinary actions when required.

Required Skills

Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in facilities management, manpower outsourcing, or operations.

Strong command of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Desired Candidate Profile
