Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep everyone informed and engaged.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, documenting discussions and action items to maintain accountability and progress.
  • Support project documentation processes, including creating and maintaining project plans, reports, and presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 5-8 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally within the industry relevant to the organization.

  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to the profession.

  • Familiarity with project management software like MS Project, Asana, or Trello to enhance project tracking and collaboration.
