Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Order Approval and Price Validation: Approve sales orders after checking each item’s price against the LPO issued by the department or third parties.
- Coordination with Warehouse Team: Work with the warehouse team to obtain a delivery order with acknowledgment.
- Posting in LS: Once the DO is received, post it in the “LS” based on the item delivery details.
- Print Invoice & DO Copies: Take printouts of the invoice and delivery order for submission.
- Invoice Validation: Validate the invoice against the LPO to ensure the price matches.
- Segregation of Invoices: Sort invoices according to the LPO issued location for submission.
- Invoice Submission: Coordinate with the team for submitting invoices
- Resolve Queries: Address and resolve queries raised by company or third-party customers regarding invoices or orders.
- Payment Collection Coordination: Coordinate with concerned accounts and third-party customer accounts for payment collection.
- Sales Order Release & Posting for Project Team: Approve and post orders in the POS system for the project team.
